Mine was not a drive or ratchet type; just a pin-type spanner with a handle.

So which one will give the Least lift?

The regular performance springs. Double check with LT at MetalTech

Kreitan, what made you pick Ironman over other options?
lots of reading and research, I originally almost went with more of a "racing" style shock but felt like I didn't want to have to possibly deal with maintenance issues etc. And on the other hand I wanted more than just the basic OME or Ironman setups I had run in the past(All of my old cruisers have had OME basic kits) I felt the Ironman Foamcell Pro was kind of a happy medium between the two! Just all my opinion, and I'm really happy with my decision, we do all kinds of wheelin and have really put it through a beating! Last weekend fully loaded doing 40 down rough logging roads and it handles perfectly!!! Hit me up if you need more info or have more questions etc...

Also worth mentioning is Tor from Torfab had done a bunch of research for me and highly recommended the Ironman Cellfoam Pros!

Great info guys, I just bought myself a new 200 & keen to lift & put bigger shoes under it.

Well I am back home for a week after working away for the past month. Finally got to drive our 200 & after dropping the wife to work I dropped into a local Ironman dealership & got a quote just to pass a bit of time. $1,410 with Constant front coils & Performance rear. Fitting was $110/hr with 4hrs allocated.
Just glad I have my own workshop so I wil just be grabbing the kit & the $440 I'll save on fitting I can buy UCA's, KDSS relocation brackets & a case of beer for an extra $200 & call it done.
Would any of you recommend the diff drop kit as well or are your CV angles acceptable?

I was at the upper limit of lift when I get mine installed. I think you would be wise to just go ahead and install the brackets just to be on the safe side.

Can the ironman foam cell pro struts be used with the factory springs?

@kreiten Did you put Drivers side springs on the US Driver side or passenger side?
Put them on the side they said to initially and the rig was leaning bad, so we swapped them and put the passenger side on the drivers side etc and the rig sat perfect! Hope that helps.

Thanks! I went ahead and put the longer spring where the longer of the two stock springs came off. That meant putting the D/S marked spring on the passenger side, which is just what you did. I'm within a half inch side to side in the rear! We'll see what happens after things settle out a bit.
Oddly, in the front the stock spring on US passenger side was almost the same height but much stiffer (more coils). The Ironman fronts seemed to match up more like the Australian markings, so I put them in that way. The passenger side of my truck was higher than the driver side before, but now its lower. I'm glad I didn't put them in opposite like the rear. I'll eventually adjust them after settling to even them up.

@kreiten,@MScruiser - hi guys how do you like the Ironman cellfoam pro after a while? Would you go the same route if you were to start over again?

Thanks

I have since sold that truck, but I can say this:

I absolutely love the shocks. They were so comfortable on the street and did well on the trails. That being said, I was very disappointed with the springs that came with the kit. I felt like they became very loose after a while, and were very saggy. No amount of adjustment seem to account for the saggyness. I would recommend Purchasing the struts, and then using a different spring setup, such as OME.

That's interesting Andrew. You'd definitely have the technical skills over me but I haven't noticed the same thing. I have had this setup for almost 6 years and 70k+ miles and while I have nothing to compare it to on a 200, I've been very happy with it. I have the heavy springs due to the weight of my truck. Just had the truck on HITR and in the long fast stretch on the mesa, I soaked up the bumps much better than I expected to which is something after thinking about the age of the setup.

What is it you were seeing? Sagging rear end?

Sagging on all 4 corners. Ride was still comfortable, but all the lift I gained was eventually lost. Iirc, I had heavies too.

Thanks,

Pretty sure I measured mine when I installed... if I can find that, I'll remeasure and report back.

I can't find the old measurements so not much help. In case anyone wants to compare to something else, here are current measurements.

Front - 22.75 passenger, 23 driver
Rear - 24 both sides

measured from center of the wheel to the fender.

I think mine sagged a bit in the first year, most lifts I've had in the past all have also. I have the "sports or light springs" whatever they call them:) Mine measures 22 in the front right now and 24 in the year, no extra weight on the rig at all except sliders. I've been super happy with the kit, we have thrashed it and abused it with zero issues and zero maintenance. I would love an extra inch or two, but then who wouldn't:)
