Hello, I have a 2000 LC that is my wife’s pride and joy. She refuses to drive anything other and just had an issue pop up with the AC. The forced air and recirc lights alternately flash with the ac on and it stopped blowing cold air. I read the forum on testing for codes by holding both ac and recirc switch. After the 4” when it goes into the diagnostic checks a bunch of the lights just continue cycling on the ac panel. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

hi, have you checked the A/C line pressures ?

"A blinking A/C light indicates a compressor speed problem from a
slipping, oily or damaged drive belt; slipping, damaged or incorrectly
shimmed compressor clutch; overcharged system causing a slipping belt
or compressor clutch; damaged, loose or intermittently shorted A/C
compressor wire. The least likely causes include an actual compressor
lock-up condition or a malfunctioning lock-up sensor on the compressor."

Also, here is the sequence to access the codes

"Turn on the ignition with Auto and Recirculate buttons held down."
The code numbers will display on the screen.

Search the internet for "Toyota ac and climate control course 752" for the manual pdf.

Thank you. I will update with what we find. I appreciate the help.
