Installed the screen protectors. The big ones went on pretty well, for some reason I had problems with the little ones. Hopefully they will settle in over time like the instructions say, of course it will be in the “cold” for the next 8 or so days.

Installed some scuff covers for the bottom of the doors. Will see if they actually do any good, maybe they will clean up better than the original material at the bottom of the doors.

Got the Stillen cold air intake with the extra “forced air flow” piece.
Finish is good, fit is not so good on all three main pieces.
The holes for the intake piece forward lip, both holes where off, one even more than the other, so I had to elongate both holes.

The mass air flow sensor mounting holes/bolts are off just enough that you have to fight one of the bolts pretty hard, but eventually got both bolts on, hopefully that will not cause fatigue failure some time down the road.

To install the air scoop( don’t know what to call it) you have to relocate the pass side horn. Kit comes with a bracket and nut/bolt. The supplied one was I thought pretty small so I rooted in my spare hardware and got a proper sized bolt/nut.

Installing the air scoop thing the pop in clips holes where off too. I couldn’t get one clip hole to line up. I lost two of these clips into the bumper, I think I may have some spares, if I find one I will probably elongate the left over hole to make the clip fit.

Initial impressions, it seems to accelerate faster than what I recall for a given throttle input. Supposedly good for an extra 24hp. Will see if it helps with mpg.

At the dealer for its first service, which doesn’t include an oil change 
. So after they are done I will have to do the oil change.
Ever since we drove it off the dealer lot new there was an intermittent vibration. By now I have narrowed it down to anytime at 1300-1400rpm, no matter the speed. Mentioned this also when I dropped it off. Talked to the service manager and he said that was the first time he heard of this. So will see what they come up with. Probably will be a call to Toyota.
