What are the 2 skinny hinged wings that run the outside length of cargo area? I know to cover wheel well but the is still room that a sub as well as an amp should work great. Any thoughts

There isn't enough room in that area for a sub. could possibly fit a small amp in one side.
Update: I just had a chance to build another set for a mud member. This one is wrapped on taupe/tan carpet with black hardware. I will be installing it Mon. Pics to follow.

Finished up another set of box's for a mud member. I installed them this evening. I used a taupe color carpet with black hardware. It matched very well. Here are a few pics:

^^^I haven't done a 60. I would offer discount for the first proto . Weighs approx 80 lbs. I wouldn't use diff thickness masterial. The savings wouldn't be worth the strength imo.

I plan to build around a 50L NL fridge mounted to the floor, so a 2/3's unit rather than full across. Still trying to decide which side and whether to remove the rear seat.

Yeah I would need a vehicle to pattern. I know of one local member who just bought a 60. I think I can convince him. I was thinking it would be possible to put a spot for a fridge in place on one of the drawers. This would put it on the floor with anchor points on the main box. I can build it to your needs also.

Just started a storage unit for 4th gen 4runners. Should be done tomorrow except paddle latches ( need to order) and carpet. I did this last min as I had a couple days to spare.
