Nope. We're realy close to picking up a 2nd 80 or 2nd 100. My bets on a 2nd 80. My god, am I going to take :censor: for writing this. ;p

Shotts, I'm sure that new round of pics was much hairier than it looks. If you want it to look demanding though, it would help to not have a disco ahead of you on the trail ;) .

Shotts, I know you take no offense to my posts. Just giving you some grief as I temporarily escape the asylum :D

Shotts-I'm a friend of Amando's so I know the 100 can wheel, but are we going to see your 100 wheel in Moab??? These threads are fun, and it's got me thinking of looking for a 100 series with the 5 speed auto and the nav system.

No question, the 100 is a better road car.......

Are you kidding Junk? I was just waiting for your response! :)

BTW: The Disco's took the bypass (though they've made that climb in the past too, though with much more excitement). :D

Taking the 100 to Moab was the plan. After 90% of my buddies drilling me to NOT take it, it's looking like it might not go. They site, and we agree that going 4-wheeling to Moab (or anywhere else) is all about having fun. Having fun? Yes, that's what we do this for.

They all feel that we'd have far less fun in Moab for a few reasons:

1. We'd be constantly concerned about damaging the 100.
2. We've never been to Moab so we really don't know what to expect (further increasing the effects of #1).
3. We have another vehicle we could take that we'd have very little concern about damage (the 80).
4. We have another vehicle that is better designed for more hardcore trails (a shortened 80).

So if you evaluate the above it only makes sense that we'd have far more fun by taking the 80. Mainly because we have $15 vs $75 grand invested and the fact the 80 was cut smaller for better rock climbing whereas the 100 was tricked out which lengthens the rig.

I think Amando's 100 has the advantage in Moab over mine considering his custom made small-sized bumpers. While my 100 might be prettier (well, it is kinda Amando? :) paint matched and all) I think we should all award Amando as our dedicated 100-series Moabee.

So, we'll see as we get closer. I'd luv the extra challenge of taking the 100 up there, however being our first time there I think we'll be walking on egg shells and that's a fun factor killer. We'll see though.
