This is terrifying! Bondo is the worst but also who the hell bondos frame rails?!? I had an imported kzj78 from japan and that had quite a few sketchy bondo spots on the body that were just covered up without romoving the rust. They used tinfoil to support the bondo on the rust. (one of them was part of a beer can). I fixed most of witch I just patched with metal... a good patch panel seems to me soo much easier than bondoing up stuff.

Did you cut a sunroof also?

Yes, the roof has a sunroof cut - done by the Australians. Just placed the roof on for some quick photos
