I saw something I haven't seen before this morning. A righthand drive Honda Civic hatchback (early 90's). Is this something that was being imported?

some you have never seen before .

Civics CRX Mini mini Van subaru ,suzuki .

I just dont know how do you buy a car you can not get any parts for .
