If you can design a shirt just like Mr. Toad's with a 3/4 zipper, I'm in.

Nice jersey and really nice thought for the forum.

champ-sys.com - got it :)

Look into a company called Pactimo. they have a 5 pc. min and do some high quality work. That's cycling specific work. I can get you in touch with the local rep if you like..

Very bad experiences w/ Pactimo here.

And rave, why not full zip?

Full zip is fine, it's the little zippers (1/4) that I don't like. I need ventilation when I ride. I regulate my heat and sweat with the long zipper, a light weight wicking undershirt and if in the low 40s down to the high 20s, a light wieght shell.

I've got a system going. :)

I kinda like the idea of a dh or bmx style jersey that I'd feel just as good wearing to wheeling events as on the bike.

I don't know anything about Pactimo, but I liked this style of jersey

Woody, would it make sense to put a poll in the Vendor Market, IH8MUD Store or even on the front page to guage interest and preferred jersey style? ....or maybe we should wait until we have a graphic mock-up of each style first?

That's a great style.

If the minimums are low enough, could do two styles. The more traditional short sleeve jersey with a full zip and then the downhill/freeride pull-over style as well.

I would be interested in a full zip style, for sure.

Just a rough out using the official Mud colors and some recognizable site features. The Mud colors lend themselves really well to the old-school Molteni look -- especially if the ih8mud front panel were to go all the way across to the side panels, maybe bordered by strips with Mud text running in them. You could put Mud vendors who wish to participate and TEQs and **** on there if they give you logo art. Anyway, an idea for a look . . .

I used to race road (cat 2) but have been riding more for staying in shape and having fun the last few years.....though Cyclocross is enticing me to get back in and give it a go. The Moletini look is classic and I would be in for one of each....loose and racer cut.

Good feedback on Champ-sys from racer buds who have used them. I know a few other folks who would be in as well if the pricing is reasonable. Work up an official design and I'll run it by them.

My team uses Champion, and while nothing is perfect we like it over others we've used, like Pactimo and Castelli.

Here's mine...

I'd like to see a tire pattern on the sides. Tire companies could pay Woody to have their pattern used :)

dang I dig them colors ....
I'll be down for a roady jersey like the one above and for a DH jersey with the same pattern as the roadie jersey....

The tire tracks on the rib cage would look waaaaay cool too...
All the jerseys I own are different sizes from diff manufacturers.. how would you figure the right sizes..

The technical short sleeve shirt would also be cool. It's made of the same material as the jersey, but more versatile.

Nice! But why not do the back panel like the front?

I was trying to find a way to make lines of Mud text into border lines, like above and below the big ih8mud panel in the center and running the bands at the ends of the sleeves. But it was my first shot at using Gimp. sigh.

I'll be in for whatever, hopefully both if you can do it. Thanks for taking the time to put it together.

Very cool. I'd be in for one. Not good enough at anything to care what style, but loose is good. :)

3 more for the kids for BMX if the sizes go that small.

Various teams and clubs I'm involved with use Champ-Sys. Decent stuff. Can't complain about it at all.

Should be really easy to order if Woody can provide the IH8MUD graphic. I don't know what their file requirements are as far as graphics.

They can do the basic shirt design just fine with what you provided (and a link to the site). However, add-on logos (sponsors, etc) must be sent in a scalable graphic file.

Very cool Gonz! That gold one looks sharp.

I'd personally prefer a black or charcoal gray colorway for the racing cut bc I see myself wearing this jersey most in the mud. ...especially during cyclorcross season.
I didn't spend more than a couple of minutes on the Carvalho online jersey designer, but i think blending the old school Molteni design w/ the IH8MUD logo is a great idea.

Here's an updated Molteni one:
