here is the video. It’s a Toughdog install not BP-51. 2:00 minute mark is ware he starts talking about welding 10 mm nuts to the valves.

Are those good hex bits? I only say that because I find my snap on ones to be strong as hell.

I’d order some from McMaster Carr - should get to you in a day or so - it’ll be quality stuff. Give some of those a go as well. Or snag the snap on ones.

OTRAMM did my lift, and when i talked to him about he, he's mentioned that he's had to weld nuts onto a few of the 200s he's dealt with and then had no problem getting the bolt to turn

When you finally get that bolt loose, we should set up a common time for everyone following to have a Mud toast with the good stuff.
I'll add, once you get it loose, when you reassemble it coat everything with marine grease. I live in Chicago but I've not had any more rust on mine since I did that after the first winter here. BTW I tightened all the way, then backed it off half a turn or so, put the grease on, and then re-tightened, so I could make sure there was a small amount of grease around the lip of the screws.

I just got it back after having a friend who owns a repair shop weld on a nut. He was able to break it loose! I'll be applying a liberal coat of grease tonight. Thanks for the tip!

It's all fixed. Cheers to you all!

Drinking along. I’ve only got a 12 year handy , but it is from the highlands

Did that sort out the remaining lean?

Did that sort out the remaining lean?
Yes, it is completely level now.

I expect it to settle, but here are initial measurements:

Driver side front: 36-1/4". Passenger side front: 36-1/4".
Driver side rear: 37-1/2". Passenger side rear: 37-1/2".

That is roughly +2-3/4" front and +2" rear from pre-lift heights on a 107K mile tired out stock suspension.

Measurements from the fender to concrete on a level surface. I know people prefer hub to fender measurements, but I find it tricky to measure consistently.

This is with 2721 OME rear springs, 600lb King front springs, King 2.5 strut/shocks. Loaded rear drawer system, full tank of fuel, nobody in the vehicle.

Can anyone share their measurements for a stock 200, not loaded with extra gear, and a healthy (new-ish) OEM suspension to get stock baselines from to do comparisons?
