its a seal installer / bearing race / bearing installer

But its Not a OEM Toyota SST , the part#'s are from another vehical or equipment manufacturer

these are all Toyota ones and have a 10 digit part# with a dash in the middle

I don't think it is a seal installer... the center section and "handle" have fine threads and screw through the larger base. I have the idea it is a machinist's tool of some sort - for measuring or calibrating?

Out of curiosity, is the diameter of either piece 1.198", or 0.5"?

Still don't know what it is - but thinking those numbers must be dimensions?

Custom thread gage. 50 Threads Per Inch, 1.198 Major diameter.
