lots of extra wires under the hood,
no it should not be smooth, it has had lots of "work" done to it

Boy, and if you thought Watergate was a cover-up ! Guy must work at the Bondo factory and practices Frenching techniques with fiberglass on his pristine snow plow. Just slather a bit more on the rear valence and he will have all the rust completely covered.
