I have one but no ramps. And I have not used it for a year so wiring may be an issue. Maybe not. I can grab it out of the yard and see. It is a pintal and I have the pintal hook here.
We met at the Badlands quite some time ago. I was in the red fj40 with the soft top. I am the one with the Heineken drinking problem!

Let me know if you want to borrow it. I live above Chi town in Green Oaks- Libertyville, right west of 294 off 137 - Buckley Road.

Eric has no problem drinking Heinekens.

You're welcome to borrow mine as well. You'll need a 7 pin and a brake controller if you want to use the trailer brakes.

Let me know where it's at. it'll probably be easier just to take my Tundra.

You had the worms in your tank, how could I forget. Besides, we both had a Heineken problem that night!

I appreciate the offer! The 40 is up in Crivitz WI and I plan on a run up and a run back the same day. I'm going to store it at my place in Elkhorn then run back with your trailer. I'm sure I can come up with a ramp so I'm not worried about that.
The only rig I have available to tow right now is the FJC. I'm working out a deal with my buddy to use his diesel Excursion. If I'm unable to swing the Excursion, do you think my FJC would be able to haul your trailer and the 40?

Good luck with your 45! I'm sure Gumby will give up his Lincoln/VW Bug fetish for it! LOL
 
My trailer is not huge but it is heavy cause it is as old as tar. What day were you thinkin of making the trip up and back?
I think the fjc will be fine but it is risky in a panic. I tow with my suberban and it does fine. I plan to tow a nissan patrol up north behind my rv a week from tomorrow. I am headed to Wabeno to store it.

Damn I just saw this! Thanks Todd! Lemme see if I can score the Excursion and I'll go from there. I'll know tomorrow if I can get his rig. I'll work out the trailer details with either you or Eric.

I know there are plenty of offers on the table, but my trailer is sitting behind the house right now being unused as well, you'd be welcome to borrow it if all else fails. It does have ramps as well, although as long as that rig runs and has low range you shouldn't need ramps.
