I have a NEW LX! Please HELP me with these issues!! Leather, Amp, and more!!!

Good Morning Ih8Mudders! I could use your help as this is my first 100!
BACKSTORY:
Well wife wrecked our 07 Highlander and so I had to buy her a “NEW” car… well found this 1999 LX470 w/ 155K for $5500! The guy had not driven it this year due to grinding rear brakes and then a dead battery. Well got the batter swapped under warranty! And Fixed what he said was a bad blower motor. Brake/Rotors are on there way! Wife’s been detailing the hell out of the inside but we have some things that need addressing….

Questions for seat!
What are these gray seats color called was there another gray?
Do the LX and the LandCruiser have the same color and design?
I have noticed if I buy Landcruiser leather seat upholstery it’s cheaper than LX. Please add suggestion links if you have bought a set that you LOVE and match well!
ALSO any suggestion to fill the white cracks the other seats have some cracking but no tearing. Just want that grayed and where it will last. But I don’t have experience with old Leather seats!

Audio Questions:
The amp is done! I have read you can bypass but trying to find a guide to help with the wiring. I have looked some but if someone has a super helpful link on how to please add it to the list!

Random Other Issues:
The passenger seatbelt is jamming up. I think it just needs cleaning but noticed the yellow wire of safety! Going to disconnect the batter and then pull it out unless y’all tell me otherwise!
The sunroof does not open, when I push a button it makes a light clunk noise and then nothing happens. Help?!

The Steering wheel Is pealing… I saw that others have swapped it with the eBay one. BUT is it possible to use another toyota one? Maybe a sequoia or 4Runner? Cursing on budget to get her nicer!

stiching on LC and LX seats are different, colors are close, maybe not exact match, you can use similar year seats whether LC or LX and they will bolt in and all electric will work, being early, I think the year range is 98-2002

no idea on name of color, interiors were either grey or tan or is it gray?

I think the wire on the seatbelt is for a crash, if the airbag goes off it will lock the seatbelt

maybe try a used amp?

I think the color is called stone gray (if my memory is correct). The lx has thicker and more expensive leather and is softer. Also there are some wrinkels in the middle to make it more luxorious. Filling in the grey spots with paint is a car dealer fix that will hold for a moment.

Try Seatdoctors.com to try dye match... I have had very good luck with their Ivory and Oak dyes

Looks Like I need to Change my Location! I moved to Chattanooga TN less than a year ago, BUT was up in MI for the last two weeks! Drove the LX all the way there and Back!!! Only issue was the transfer case decided to leak a tiny bit. Added some ATP Stop Leak that many have sweared by and she made it back without no leaks!

I found a parts truck while in Michigan and I pulled the Amp, Front Passenger headlight, and passenger mirror to use as parts (Mine will not close and the mirror has been hit causing it to look weird since they are auto diming).

For seats I have been looking at LSeat.com, It seems that many with LX470s Have used them with good luck! Debating on buying both front and middle or just Front.

Something I forgot to add... The sunroof is not opening... Anyone have any thoughts, links, and videos on what up there that commonly stops them from working?

Congratulations! I will say that you got a great deal. You are in low enough that you can take care of the incidentals and still make some great modifications.

You have a great truck for off-roading and cross country travel.

Where are you located in TN? Do you ever venture up to the Ozarks?

Dang! I would have taken you up on that offer.. it was the older Amp... I'm pretty sure that is the Mark Levinson one, But I found one when I got the NEW headlight! I tossed it in and panicked when nothing turned on... then checked the fuse and just like that I have tunes!
