Many different avenues depending on what your are looking for.

For example, I carry many of your consumeables and fast moving parts in stock and provide parts technical support as well for your vehicle.

Your Toyota dealer might or might not be of use. They might stare at you like deer in your headlights!

Your chassis components cross over to vehicles found in the US so there is both commonality and cross-referencability.

Happy to assist when you acquire said vehicle.

Good luck.

I know there aren't many of these out there. I am about to purchase one. For those that own a 77 where do you order parts from in the states, and how difficult is it to find service.
At your convenience ...... U.S. 70's Registration.

Easiest vehicle in the world to do a basic service yourself. Buy your service parts online and get a 6 or so items at a time, such as filters belts hoses etc.

Hello,

x2.

Every system is designed to be repaired using just a few tools.

Make sure you get a factory service manual.

Parts are easier than you think for an HZJ77, quite a few shops here in the US stocking parts for them. For example we stock 77 suspensions, steering parts, axle parts, belts, hoses, filters, water pumps and timing belt kits, engine gasket kits, clutches, brand new transmissions (yes, the 1HZ specific trans is in stock), complete new t-cases, axle shafts and more :D

And it's not uncommon to have a 77 or two around my place so we have gotten to know them quite well :D

Dont limit yourself to loking for parts under 77. The mechanical, electrical and many other parts are identical to those in the 70,73,75,78,79,80,100 and 105 series landcruisers as well as Toyota Coaster buses. The buses are usually 24volt.
Some parts are even interchangeable with Yanmar marine engines.
Outside of the US, this engine is very common in some parts of the world.

You could try Megazip as well, they have an IPB on the whole vehicle down to the bolt part number. After you find the parts you are looking for you can order from either UAE, Japan or US warehouses. (or just use the info to locate your own parts)

Ihave ordered several times from PARTSSOUQ, takes about 4 days to arrive.

It seems like the OP is MIA. My advice is to STRONGLY consider ordering parts from our land cruiser community experts like @beno, @cruiseroutfit, @wardharris, etc. @joekatana can help source hard to find parts as well. What are we going to do if nobody buys from them and they are no longer around?

Agreed. We need to figure out better ways (cheaper/faster) of getting parts to Canada. We support the local vendors who support our events when we can.

On the flip side, I am always amazed when we’ve receive our parts from the Middle East before our calls/emails to some vendors even get returned.
