HVAC Blend Door

I am in search of an HVAC Blend Door for my 2007 GX470.

Varmints ate mine. The actuator is fine.

Should I just patch it, or replace it?

PS: The tree rats were humanely treated and surrendered to a wild animal rescue.

I'd personally pull one out of a GX in a salvage yard and replace it. But, I'm not sure how much work it is to get the door out of the air/blend box. It could just come straight out, or it could require a dash removal.
