This is 35x11.5R18 NTG with 1.25" front spacer... AHC in LO and semi-flexed. Another inch or so of up travel. Rubs the plastic liner a bit on higher speed "whoops" but has never damaged the fender.
Yes, stock bumpstops. However, the inner fender (and the fender liner mounting tabs) have been massaged over time with larger/wider tires. I would suggest pulling out the plastic liner completely and clearance everything. Then add back in the liner and make accommodations for it alone. In other words, isolate the parts that rub.

There's one offending tab (that supports the fender liner) at the 12 o'clock position. Unfasten it and bend it up. Maybe try taking a heat gun to the plastic liner in that area and reshape it.
I recently put 295/70/18s on my 100. Mickey Thompson Baja Boss ATs on Icons. The tires are 34.6" and beefy and there is basically no rub (I can make it touch the liner I remolded, probably could get it closer) when it's on the bumpstop and the wheel is turned. The pics and descriptions in this thread are spot on. I also added bump stops front and rear (wheeler's Tundra up front and Energy out back, mounted on the Wheeler's spacers).

So far I don't think they feel too stiff. I got them around 34psi and haven't aired them up or down. I had E rated tires before so maybe I'm just used to a harsher ride? With a 7,000# truck on them I doubt they will have trouble squishing down, I may not go crazy low off road (<20) unless it's on sand.
