How to set adjustable panhard rods (1 Viewer)

So I’ve had my lift in for a couple weeks now and never got around to adjusting my panhard rods I got quoted like $400 to adjust them and get wheel alignment which is ridiculous in my opinion so wanted to adjust them myself does anyone know the best way to do it? My mate has the same panhard rods and said I just need to undo the bolts but leave them in and get someone to rock the car while I adjust them is this correct?

Panhard bar is singular per axle.
Can you be a little more clear?
That and someone trying to change you 400$ for what should be part of an alignment is ridiculous.
