How to quote a members name (1 Viewer)

I am having trouble quoting a members name on a post. It should be yellow correct. I accomplished this a while back but not working.

After you’ve clicked (+Quote) you can usually click on the orange bar labeled “Insert Quotes...” Note: sometimes I find the Insert Quotes... bar is missing, I think it’s a minor glitch. The workaround is click the orange “More Options...” bar to bring up an Insert Quotes... bar.

or to tag a user, use the @ sign first

When you tag a user there is any alert that appears to the user you tag ..?

yes @Tapage , the user gets an alert....unless they have alerts disabled...
