You may be right.

I was speaking in more like the under 5-year timeframe. If a piggy in CO is still rusting away, at least it's not already making sure the local fields are iron rich, like I suspect my old midwest piggy went to several decades back.

Then again, maybe it got parked in a barn right after I sold it and will be suddenly rediscovered just when I have the coin to buy it back?

Does anyone have that number? I saw a MUD thread that listed WORLD WIDE approx. numbers but wondering if anyone had a list of how many were imported into the United States by year. Thanks for any info.

Thanks for the offer to help, but I've got some beater trucks for winter duty. The wagon will be tucked away, safe and sound all winter. To be honest, since I'm retired I don't drive a lot in winter, just throw another log on the fire!
