2014 18,500 miles. Not one issue

I'll be hitting 90k tomorrow morning. :)

2016 with 2100 miles, no issues other than I want to supercharge it and keep the factory warranty!

147,000 27,000 of those since July!

2011 with 55k miles. Bought used at 52k miles and was missing spare tire tool kit (from tailgate), had TWO 3rd row middle head rests, missing luggage rack rubber rain guards (2) - otherwise, nothing wrong with truck.

want your middle head rest for the third row? open the back of your Cruiser, put the third row seats down. Now on the back of the left seat(drivers side) there is a zipper, unzip that and boom just like Christmas, you have your missing headrest:)

Actually, it had 2 headrests. One was installed, and when I went to fold them up and stow the headrest in the zippered compartment, there was already one in storage!

Anyone need a grey one? PM me if interested - just pay the shipping costs!

hah, too funny! I bet is what happened is Toyota ordered them another one because they said it didn't come with it because they could not find it..

Actually, I think I know what happened. Previous owner was a lawyer based in E. St Louis and drove to Chicago often. (highway miles good for me, E. St. Louis bullets thankfully absent). He occasionally towed a small bass fishing boat to the Ozarks, and he had removed the third row seats for extra cargo storage.

He retired, bought a bigger boat, and traded the LC in for a GMC HD truck. I'm sure those fellas at GMC had a good time re-installing the 3rd row seats and swore a few words when they thought the head rest was missing, when in fact it was in the zipper pocket. They ordered a new one to be 'compliant' or whatever for the next sale.

Lucky me. Lesson learned here - do a better job inspecting the interior components and don't just rely on clean service record, drive train inspection, and a test drive!

2008 with 63k.

Bought it in 2015 with only 48k.

2008 with 97,000 miles

2010 LX... Just turned 72K yesterday.

Slight surface rust in a few places underneath... nothing big.
Interior mirror is loose.
Rear struts on hatch may need to be replaced some time soon. They are starting to sag a little. 5years is what I got out of my 100, so it does not surprise me.
All of the surrounding plastic is missing from under my hood. (stowed in my garage and needs to be moved to storage or the dump...)
Does not have the 18" rims on it yet. 2nd set of tires are 1 year old with little wear, so I am hesitant to go spend $$$ on tires yet. Probably will happen in the summer.

What do you use to seal your frame? I'm near Chicago so we get a ton of salt (and thus a ton of corrosion).

Just picked up my 2013 this week with 49k on it. Texas truck, and the underside looks new. I expect Chicago winters will rot it unless I take some preventative measures, but I've seen mixed opinions on various rust prevention options.

I used FluidFilm.

See a 195k mile listed on autotrader.

2011 with 88k and counting.

Picked up a 2009 with 85k miles a week ago. Been going over the vehicle and here are the things I've noticed so far:

  1. A few drips from the water pump. I'll keep an eye on it and replace if it gets worse.
  2. Missing one of the little turn latches on the tail gate storage doors. Can't just buy the lock so I need to spend $230 for the whole door if I want to replace.
  3. Had three broken off bolts in the front skid plates due to rust and carelessness. Fortunately I was able to remove all three broken bolts by welding a nut on to the bolt threads sticking out the backside of the bolt holes. I also cleaned up all of the rust and re-tapped the existing bolt holes to clean up the threads.
  4. KDSS valves are rusted. Fortunately the 5mm hex heads are undamaged so I'm just going to go slowly and work them lose with some penetrator.
  5. Front rotors were badly warped so I just had all 4 rotors turned and the pads replaced.
  6. The paint is in bad need of some TLC. Nothing serious but the paint hasn't had any polishing in a long time. Lots of little scratches.
  7. The side mirrors had the shakes bad! I fixed that with the Toyota bolt kit.
  8. Drivers side front door has a bad clicking noise when opening. The door check needs to be replaced. It's been ordered and I will replace it when it arrives next week.
I believe that's it. Fortunately nothing too serious, just a number of little things.
