based on my mpg, I'd be lucky to get 1 mile. :-\

then again, my light don't work and I get the worst mpg than anyone I know.

last time I checked it was about 5.5 (well, somewhere between 5-6 with street tires on and yes, this was consistent). :'( :flipoff2: :'(

17Nov2003 (UTC -8)Naah, how about using the wrong fuel? If they had a stock turbo-diesel, which can average 25mpg going 55mph on a sea-level highway, and they had 5 gallons of fuel, they can go drive up to 125 mi (201.125 km) to look for more fuel 8)

Yes, standard, in the owners manual, with everything bolted on no hope.........Defence rests your honour :flipoff2:

And the stinking diseasel aint got 450fwhp and 500 ft lbs either :flipoff2:
[was 220kw and 520nm at the wheels the turbo petrol :D]

Well, Cruiserdan just about summed it up ;) I'm not the one who brought it in USA, but I'm the one who did what everyone said I couldn't: register it in California (but it's not the hardest thing in the world). Only correction is that it was originally brought in by a Czechoslovakian.

3rd tank just went....getting 14mpg with a 3FE city.

3FE POWA!

you guys use all the wrong measurements..... :slap:
There is 20 litres left when the light comes on, and at 20lt per 100km [aprox] consumption you would be able to do 100km, or about 64 miles in normal driving conditions.

I completely agree :D - I can easily do ~100km, I really start to slow down at ~70km. I've never actually looked at the l/100km (which, even though I'm a real believer in metric, I think is a very strange measure) - my turbo saab used to use 9l/100km.

Cheers, Hugh

Just out of curiosity, how much does it cost to buy and have it shipped over from Czechoslovakia? My family goes there every so often... ooo the ideas.
