The holiday season is a time of long drives to vistit friends & family (or avoind them), many stops for gas and to apperciate not being stuffed into a loaded Prius with family, pets, gifts and that ever so out of reach honey baked ham ...

During 16 hours of Thanksgiving drive time, my 96'LX rolled 56,000mi. Only two years in my possession, it rolled 40,000mi two years ago, on it's inagural drive home.

My question is, who currently has the lowest (original) mileage on their 80/450 in MUD?:steer:

Interesting thread! I lose. I have 236k on my 96 LX. :P

My 97 just rolled 85k

I'm still steaming from a purchase I just missed out on by literally a few minutes and this thread is salt in the wound.

I check all the car sites (craigslist, eBay, autotrader, etc) almost daily and yesterday morning I spot a 95 FZJ80 with only 32K miles at a dealership that is literally 30 minutes from me. I immediately call and yes the mileage is confirmed that it's no typo but it had literally sold a few minutes before I called. I was put in line in case it fell through and the buyer had until 1p today to do so which they obviously did not.

They said the buyer was driving up from Atlanta so if you are on this board congrats on the scoop - I almost had it, oh well. Truthfully I would have had a hard time not flipping it for a profit as my 97 is set up just how I want it.

Not I. 180k w/working D after one turn at playing playing whack-a-dash

91 FJ80 90k on the clock:D:flipoff2:

I lost at least 3 times over

310000 on mine. Oh well, at least it starts (for now).

Oh yeah, look at that quality Boston winter gas fuel economy. Feeling the same right here. :)

Haha, yeaaa, that was definitely from one of my only driving around town trips, 176 miles driving in stop sign to stop sign streets in boston does not do well on the old gas millage, although i have been doing alright on the highway (if 15-17 is alright?)

How about Zero?

:grinpimp:

when installed :steer:

Doesn't count mate, nice try he said "original" mileage. I suppose if you permanently placarded your door jamb with the original mileage you could legally start at zero. However, no one would believe it when they see the body of your rig.....lol
