so when i bought this 40 it had been sitting out in the sun/rain of central CA for like7-10 years.

therefore when i try to maneuver certain hoses the want to crack - aka i need new hoses for alot of things...
anyone know of a complete kit thats sold or do I buy one by one or kit by kit - looking on SOR now but dont have crazy money to spend on their prices. any help or direction would be appreciated

going to local auto shop and purchasing lengths of tube, for whichever being replaced i need is also possibility, but I wanted to check with y'all first

Have you look threw vendors list up top? $OR is expensive. Other's offer better prices - be sure to look at shipping cost too. Rockauto.com has good deals often.

You might be surprised at the wide-array of OEM parts that are still available through Toyota. I like to use the online parts catalog with parts diagrams and part numbers. Once armed with the Toyota part number, it is an easy deal to plug that into your favorite dealer's parts department website to see the availability. Sure, many parts have been discontinued for years, but many service-related parts are still available. Toyota's Online Parts Catalog is here.

I replaced all of my rubber hosing throughout my FJ. I went with good quality rubber from NAPA for the fuel lines. They sell it by the foot.

As far as the radiator tubing, you will most likely have to go through one of the recomended vendors. I went through cruiser corps (I believe) for most of the radiator tubing. I think I found one component for the cooling system that was a stock part for a different vehicle but was an exact match.

My FJ had the heater lines removed for the rear heater so I don't have any recomendation for you on that.

Last thing to note, get some good clamps. Don't go cheap on those either.

Good luck

For sure great recommendation

If you want OEM, city racer sells them as well.

Two thumbs up for Cruiser TEQ and City Racer. But also, when in need of OEM Toyota parts that those vendors don't stock, I really like Capo Valley Toyota Parts. @Ruben C provides us with a small discount for Mud members
