Hose barb fittings for axle breathers?

Looking for source, need m10x1.25 thread. Amazon only seems to have them for tube larger than the 3/16 I'd tube I'd like to use.

That's a big thread for a small pipe.
If those sizes are correct, its probably easier to find an adapter to step down to a smaller thread.

Alternatively, it's an afternoon on the lathe if you have one.
