Horn dead

Has anyone run into an issue LC100 2006 where the horn stops working, except if the steering wheel is move back and fourth telescopically it will kick back to life?

Loose wire on the back of the pad. It's the bare terminal/ post black one.

If married just leave it disconnected lol

Most likely loose wires due to the fact that it depends on position of wheel to operate. Remove the wheel and tighten up connections and you should be good to go

Took it to the Toyota dealer. took them 4 hours to trace it, but the ground wire was out. The patched it (Bridged) to the stearing column and all is well now.

Yes, agreed. The mechanical told me he had been with Toyota 4 years and this was the first 100 he had worked on. I could have done that bypass my self.
