So, could I have a couple people's contact info on where they are, what they are doing so on Saturday I can figure out if I can make it up or not? It'd be nice to know where you guys are, and where the campsites are. If not, I guess I'll just look for all the Land Cruisers then!

Be at the upper parking lot, behind the office, at Badlands within' an hour after opening on Sat morning. Usually takes us an hour to get out chit together and invariably there'll be a few stragglers.

If you have a CB, tune to CHL 14, that's usually where we hang out.

I plan to be in line at opening in a green 80.

Can't be there in the morning, have a supervisor's meeting that might get out at noon or last until 3 p.m., and it's a 3 hour drive from Louisville. I don't have a CB in my Buick, and my truck's back in Michigan... Life seems to have a great many wrenches to throw into the gearbox, eh? I guess I can just drive to the campsite and see who's there whenever I get there. Either way, as I said I'll bring beer & cigars!

at that point you are better off going to the campsite. You might beat us there, but just stoke up a fire and we will be there.

If anyone needs to connect with the group, they can call my cell: 317-625-5095.

I think i might head down thurs afternoon as well.

In case you aren't sure about the campground, check the link. It is about 10 minutes north/northeast of Attica. Then we will be in the very back of the campground in the "primative" area.

Tony, my better half was just given one of these pop up pavilion tents so I will throw ours in as well. I will also have the same grill I had on the PYS Tour.

I just about lost my free Friday w/o pay pass.....as of 10 minutes ago we are back on half day Fridays but guess who will be wheelin instead!!:beer::beer::beer:

Sounds like a good sized crowd for Thurs. I also will bring a 10x10 canopy. See you all there.

Mark

That thing is a PITA to set up. Nice though.

I'll try to remember my 10x10 pop-up also.

Well it sounds like were gonna have plenty of shelter
I love it when a plan comes together....

Just talked to Tom (TNT/Cliffs tom) He will be coming down for this. Which is huge cause he leaves the cliffs about once a decade.

Hey guys, i'll try to make it up there on friday, but its more likely that i'll be able to come on sat and sun.

How can i get a hold of you guys, unfortunately I dont have a CB.

We will be meeting in the upper parking lot behind the office at around 9:00 AM. Plan to have a driver's meeting at 9:30 or so. A CB is a valuable tool to have at these things so try to bring one if you can and you plan to drive. This is shaping up to be a well attended event. So far we have about 18 guys/trucks that are coming...potentially 30-40 people. Here is the list of who has offered to bring food for the Saturday evening pitch-in so far:

Booty - Plates, silver, chips, etc.
Toyman317 - Wings for all, Brownies
Tonyota - Zilch bags, Burgers and something else
FinewynsFJ40 - Beer, Gas money, and cigars (just kidding)
XFactor - Mac/pasata salad
Outbackoffroadgear - Grill, Firewood
Commander - Fryer and Oil for the wings

We need more deserts, salads and chips for anyone else who wants to chip in. Drinks would be good too but most will probably bring their own. Clint will need some help cooking the wings because he thinks I am worthless at these things...which is true. For those of you who haven't been there before, there is an IGA on the way to the campground so that makes it easy to pick up last minute items after wheeling on Sat. Everyone is on their own for other meals. There is a food joint on the Badlands property that sells hot dogs, burgers, etc so we will probably stop there for lunch. For breakfast, some will cook at camp and others will hit the local restaurant on the south side of town (main highway heading to Terre Haute). Well that is about it. Let us know if there are other questions. Looking forward to seeing you all again as well as some new folks. Have a safe trip.
