In the past, this has always been provided from club funds and facilitated by the current president and event coordinator. We have passed the torch. If you are going to continue the tradition, I'll be glad to bring my wife's sauce for them.

That's a mighty polite way of sayin' we're not cookin' for you mofo's anymore!

I'm trying to round up a couple of the local Cruiserheads to attend. Too early to say though...

As acting El Conquistador, I say no wings......I don't like 'em & can't eat 'em anyway.....
I am also acting treasurer, too, i guess (cause I gots the check book)
So if we need to buy food stuff, I can do that....

If anyone &/or everyone wants to do the wing thing....I can buy the stuff & you all can take it from there

As an El Conquistador my motto for being the Prez, Treasurer & Event Coordinator is "Rape & pillage, & the rest will take care of itself"

As a "no organization, no rules " kinda guy in general, I say lets do this thing & if someone has a good idea, lets run with it

I am guessing, as charitable fund raiser & emcee of the raffle, that I am, in a sense, organizing that part.
But am leaving most of the rest of this shindig up to "it's whatever"

Please feel free to , as AJ & John have already done, bring, organize &/or supply something . If you feel the need

Hoe down is open to everyone (well technically all the events are, but some people may not get the directions to some of them)

I plan on smoking 9 full racks of ribs. I'm guessing that's all my smoker will hold. I know this prolly won't feed everyone that'll be there, but it should get everyone about 3-4 ribs a piece, or none if you get there too late!

If the club wants to buy more, I'll figure out a way to get'em cooked, just need to know ahead of time.
