I wish I saw that one a few months back

Imagine my conversation with the insurance adjuster after my accident. I'm telling you, these trucks demand much higher than blue book, here's a common example....

Gordo

this is when i wish i was donny trump and i could buy the dumb thing, spring the b!tch over(oh wait "coil springs, id get the slee 6in or somthin), bob the back, sawsall the top off it, put 37s on it, paint it lime green, then roll it a few times(take those cool doors off the back for my 62), then id take it straight back to tlca and be like "this thing rides like @$$"

I absolutely love that Cruiser. I would love to have it. That being said, I can think of a whole other bunch of Cruisers I could buy with $88K. You could do your own 1FZ and coils and links into your 60 and a whole lot more for way less than that and . Ya, the updated interior is nice, but if you want the nice power stuff, then swap a 1FZ into a 62... Gets some nice seats swapped in... I dunno. Sweet Cruiser, but too much $$ IMHO.

And another thing: screw the 60 series wheels, they should have put on the 80 series wheels.

True.. I always wonder why more people haven't atleast converted to coils on there 60 if nothing else. How hard would it actually be?

converting a 60 to a coils suspension is sweet, but involves a lot of fabrication and time, and if you pay to have it done- a lot of $$$

$$$$... something I am definitely lacking right now :ban:

Drool coils....I was think about that today. I want to go pick up an 60 series front axle as a side project and start fabing it for coils...would be fun. I can only imgaine driving a 60 with the ride of the 80.
