In South Africa the major differences were the 2H diesel, front disc brakes, parking brake on the rear axle, brake proportion valve on the frame with factory power steering and aircon as options.

If you guys were wondering what the 2 holes in the side of the headache rack are for, well now you know!! Have never seen a us spec 45 with the bed sides.

It was an expensive optional extra, just like air-conditioning. Very few local 47's were ordered with these options.
Probably the best HJ47 money could buy around the globe back in the day!

Played around a this weekend.
Received the new lights from city racer
Had to cut off the screws to one of the buckets so opted for new buckets when ordering lights. Also two of the adjustment screws were somehow rusted/thread bare so had to order new one. Oh. And of course had to get new grommets.
