Found some close-up shots of how it was shaved down for the badge to sit in and it was attached with double tape and and bolt and washer at the back

At his age, and good life of only a GF and no other responsibilities, I think we can persuade him to make some for us as Eid gifts :D

I didn't see you post much, as I spent a few weeks in Saudi in October. Would have hit you up, knowing you were there!

I have some family currently in Dammam as well.

Haha wouldn't mind doing some up. I'll try to see if I find some sturdier ones as the mounting tabs on this one are really weak and I've already snapped off one or two driving over rough tracks

I haven't took the 200 out to the desert that much, once I have the suspension sorted will get out some more and hopefully the weather will start getting better by end of sept. I usually go out early mornings on weekends and head out with friends or go out alone. You can find many desert safari tour companies that can take you out, You can also rent a 4x4 to offraod from some rental companies.

If you can get your hands on a 4x4 when you're down here let me know and we could organize a drive out.

I personally haven't been on any safari tour so can't comment on how well they are, but to me arabian adventures seemed the most professional/organized and are the ones I mainly see when I'm in the desert.

Hey just saw the post on the other thread as well, I didn't wire in anything I've only pulled the fuse (30 A) out and have been running without ABS ever since. Center different lock still works with me, are you losing the rear locker as well when you pull the fuse out? What lights show up on the dash just the ABS and handbrake.

Ps don't do the mistake I did and pull the 50 Amp fuse that'll disable the brakes as well.

where have you disappeared @Desert Nomad ??
Been dealing with a s***box

The nissan has been the most unreliable brand new car I've ever had, oil leaks, ac gas leak, exhaust hangar breaking as well as the engine cutting out due to excessive pressure in the fuel tank all this with less than 20k on the motor. Fixed everything on my own as the dealership couldn't even fit the correct oil filter on the first service.

it looks cool though!

Extremely surprising

All the Patrols we owned from 1985-1994 were bulletproof

Been dealing with a s***box
