Well, for sure never going to rebuild another set of hinges. I have a bucket of hinge parts and the custom tools (crude and simple) for dismantling them. If anyone wants them, pay the shipping a hamburger fee and You can have them. let me know. i will try to post pics.

oh no! I'm just getting to the point of getting the 1 pig I kept back on the road and it's going to need at least the driver's door rebuilt. I hope someone picks up the parts and tools to continue the effort.

Thinking about; "I wonder if this would make a good pass-around tool type thing, like that axle centering SST that you might need once in your life". Sort of a travelling Pig hinge jig.
Say I've got 4 or 6 hinges that could use a rebuild and get the Pig hinge jig in the mail. I rebuild those hinges and post pics and words about it. Someone else says "Hey, I can do that too!" and I mail the Pig hinge jig off to that person. New guy pays the postage and the hamburger fee.
Just a thought...
