The liftmate look a great idea. The High-lift site does not appear to sell it nor does it point to dealers. Seems I could easily make one from heavy chain with all the strength needed.

One thing I've noticed as you get a higher suspension lift that also has more travel - especially down - that the hi-lift on the sliders/bumpers lifts the body but the suspension just flexes out making it really difficult to actually raise a wheel.
That does make the "wheel mate" thingy above seem like a better option, but as many have identified previously, often you're better off with the OEM or hydraulic style bottle jack under the axle to accomplish this. It is typically a lot safer. Maybe you'll get dirtier, take more time, but it really does work.
