The plan, down the road is to have all the stuff bolted on--front & rear bumpers, winch, etc...

Sounds good. Interested in comparing the 2. I also want front and rear bumpers and was recomended to go with just the regular heavy not the double heavy.

Dave

I think the only difference is that the springs have an extra leaf and it uses different shocks. I can send you a part number list on both of them if you want it.

Yea the heavy heavy has an extra load spring. Just wondering how it rides compared to the heavys. Without bumpers on mine it rides very nice and has plenty of clearance. Just wondering if i need to go heavy heavy once i get my truck loaded down with bumpers and storage...... Always something to do...

Jlee, are you running heavy/heavy? Mine's just heavy and the front still sits down a good bit more after running 300lbs xtra weight in the rear for a couple of weeks. I'm interested in your spring #'s, they may have sent mine heavy front/heavy-heavy rear.

I'm running the ultra heavies. The ride is a little bumpy at times but overall i'm really impressed. I've never ridden in a rig with just the heavies before so i couldnt tell you the ride difference. The heavy spring PN are the CS004F and the ultra heavies are the CS005F.

Did running the extra weight help at all for leveling out the truck. I have not added much weight but mine also has the stink bug look..... Sorry for the hijack....

Dave

Sorry for the hijack....

No worries...the conversation helps me too. Keep it up! I can give you all my part numbers when I get home. They're the same as Johns.

Not if all the trails are closed...:bang:

NO...it looks the same. I just got off the phone w/ ARB and they suggest either removing the 3rd leaf down in the rear, changing rear springs, or if need be add-a-leaf up front. I actually like the height in the rear so I believe I'll add up front. They said I should gain approx 1/2 inch up front. If I'm still sitting low, I'm going to use a 4in. shackle too and gain another 1/4in. I like the way John and Anesti's rigs sit so hopefully that'll get me where I want to be . BTW, don't worry about the hijack!

Steve
Yes if you where talking to me, just not that hard....

John
I might do the same if mine does not level out any more. I like the amount of lift I have in the rear and could use a bit more up front especially if i ever get a bumper and winch up there.

J-Bo
Yea i have the CS004F on mine. Pick is int eh winter projects thread. Wonder if you will get the stink bug going Heavy Heavy front and rear.

Talked with another tech (Nils) at ARB today and he recomends only removing a rear leaf if I'm not happy w/ the rake. Since I like the rear height, I'm going w/ a longer shackle. I'll post up when complete.

OME and BFG MT is a good set up. You'll be very pleased.

No KM2s. Damn things are on backorder everywhere. Going with ATs. Probably a wise decision anyway considering it's a dd and it saves me $70. Should be here/mounted Tues. Still no time to get the lift on but when tires are here, I'll have everything I need.

My check engine light came on tonight. I haven't noticed any potential problems and I suck as a mechanic. I have no ideas. Please ask questions maybe we can narrow it down.

Thanks for the help.
