Help with FST WX Striping

Ok .. I’m trying to insert this wx stripping on my FST doors.. but this stripping doesn’t look like it will fit the channels .. I have used soap/water.. fluid film., and it looks like this stripping isn’t meant to fit these channels.. it is a sor furnished.. so any help/wisdom would REALLY be appreciated

Looks right to me … it’s a bugger to pull through especially if the screws are not oem and sticking up a tad

You could also use a flat edge and start one side then push in the other with the flat edge

I guess the screws are Oem..at least they look like 52 year old screws.. and what is bugging me is the channel looks symmetrical but the wx stuff channels seem offset..yea.. I have lots of dentist tools and have tried what I think you are suggested.. well .. since you are the FST guru.. thanks for your input.. I appreciate your experience.. although I will probably need counseling after these doors are correct

Goes like this:

It curves inward in order to seal along door opening … so yes it’s offset-ish
