Last weekend I had an engine fire, in the vicinity of the fuel pressure regulator. I suspect a leak on the fuel supply line.

Where I'm running into issues, is identifying pieces of the harness that got melted. The main damage is to the harness from the alternator. Can anyone help me identify these connectors, if they are standalone harness pieces? The connectors are melted and the numbers are obviously no longer readable.

I will echo what others have said.
1FZ-FE engine harness 82121-60343 is still available at a reasonable cost and will save you a good amount of woe and strife.
I have a brand new one sitting in my garage for just such an occasion.

That first picture of the 3 pin connector with a single conductor is EB1. That runs the show for the EFI system.

That part is the next on my list of "happy birthday to me" presents!
