Help with Denso THING

i found this thing behind my front pumber, any ideas what the H is it???
although its disconnected but i need to know eitehr to use it or take it off.

maybe its an antenna? or a sensor? but for what??

Was the previous owner The Cat in the Hat by any chance?

Sorry, I have never seen anything like that on any of my Cruisers. Outside temperature sender? Is it on your 80-series?

yes he was
and yes its on my 80
What i know is that my 80 was owned by petrolium Co. so maybe its something has to do with Petro-tech

R u sure? my ride doesn't have Airbag! i just got the normal old steering wheel.
Hint: the car was previously owned by a petroleum Co. so maybe its something has to do with their high-tech things!?
