Hey JP what size tires are on the 80?

that almost looks like some east coast wheelin' with all the slick mud.

^ Not even close. There are no trees inches away from body panels. That is easy wheeling. Try climbing slippery ledges with trees, big rocks with a space the size of a jeep. That is east coast wheeling.

That's true, but i was just speaking on the traction part. We east coast gangstas' are spinning and sliding, while moab is usually like a parking lot with a lot of steep climbs and off camber stuff, traction wise.....

Or Pacific Northwest wheeling! There is a reason my 80 looks the way it does!

here are a couple more
this obstacle is scary because to the left is a 50 ft drop. thats why everyone is so carefull to hug the left wall

mark has the coolest buggy i have ever seen. built so well. you can read about his twisted customs buggy on pirate or see the three page article in CRAWL last year. he was running the prithcet crew and is a great spotter. his first goal was not to let people break stuff and slow up the crew. we had a birf pop and a busted hub anyway. I had to remind him i had dana 60's under my truck.

this guy driving this blue fj cruiser knew how to get it done.

Sick man. Your not afraid to wheel it hard. Your crawler gears seem to be working pretty good.
What's the white rags hanging out of your front hubs for?
"Roll down your window" Real funny. Guess he's never been in an 80 before. LOL
Holy giant rock pile!
Looks like your rear tires hit the top of the fenders.

Awesome videos!!! We had great fun on Pritchett that day.

After a few replays I did hear my birf give out on rocker knocker. I'm pretty sure it was going to be toast by the end of CM anyway. Looking forward to next time when hopefully it'll be dry.

yep rear tires hit the fender tops. they will stuff only if the oposite side is drooping. makes a sick sound when the tires rub-from inside the cab it sounds like a submarine is imploding

the "rags" are rubber surgical gloves. they serve as the caps to my drive flanges

time for chromo 35 spline tons friends. wheeling hard without tons is like leaving your cup out of your jock when you used to play highschool football - it feels good at the time but you always are worried somebody's helmet will flatten you nut sack. tons are the freedom you seek.

When it's no longer driven regularly 60's would be a nice option. Don't know that I need 42s but less breakage is a very good thing.

^ Bobby Longs work just as well. And no you don't need 42's you need 44's :-D
Have we met?

I think he is DDing his rig, so i would vote no to bobbies right now. JMHO
