help uploading images

I'm not sure why this has become so hard and I'm sure it's me, but how do I upload an image into a thread or conversation? When I click on the image button, it asks for a URL. I've even uploaded some images to dropbox and provided that link with no luck. A direct copy/paste doesn't work. I've tried different browsers. I used to do it all the time and now it doesn't work. Can someone please help out the sudden idiot over here? Gracias!

Click on the orange bar titled “upload file”. Then choose the photo’s location.

Are you using a PC or phone?

Upload File is at bottom of screen

Only supporting members can attach in conversations.

Thanks all. The work around would be to add media content and reference that.
