Hi all,

I am currently rebuilding the transfer case extension housing on my BJ40 after the bearing disintegrated inside. I now need to reassemble the front wheel drive pinion with a new bearing, but I am having trouble tracking down the correct part number for the Transfer Case Output Shaft Bearing.

I tried Toyota part 90363-35013, but the inner diameter is too large — the outer diameter, however, is correct. So I am close, but not quite there.

Using my calipers, I measured the old bearing and the approximate dimensions are:
  • Inner Diameter: 29.11 mm
  • Outer Diameter: 71.11 mm
  • Width: 18.2 mm
I reached out to SOR.com, who appear to stock the part, but they do not list the original Toyota part number, which makes it difficult to cross-reference or source it elsewhere.

I am attaching photos for reference. If anyone has rebuilt one of these and knows the correct bearing spec or OEM part number, I would really appreciate the help. Even a bearing dimensions cross-reference would go a long way.

Thanks in advance — any lead is welcome!

PM orangefj45 on here or call Georg at Terrain Tamer/Valley Hybrids. ToyotaMatt on here may have them too but not sure if he does bearings. Have you looked at CruiserTeq, I am sure Kurt has them.
Thanks, will reach out to the suggested sources. CruiserTeq at least on the website says "There are no products listed under this category" Thanks for your help
