Help needed: engine-tranny assembly problem

I'm sure the TC isn't fully seated, but I haven't found success yet. My patience doesn't provide me more than 10 mins per attempt, but I will eventually conquer this challenge!!

You obviously aren't drinking enough

As you're rotating the TC left and right, you maybe turning the oil pump at the same time. That could be why the TC isn't falling into the seat properly. Try taking it out 3/4", rotate slightly, and then push it in? Just a thought.
