Whats a rusty but running 1974 40 worth if the frame is solid and drivable but the tub and everything else is swiss cheese ?

my plan is to slowly build a streetable soa 40 for weekend fun and keep my 62 as a daily driver winter rig .

So i went and had a good look at it, it does not run is extremeley rusty and the interior needs to be put back together , probably best if i pass on it, its a 1973 and the guy wants a $1000 for it.
