So my cruiser is not stock, it's got modified suspension 35" tires, Orion tcase. But I'm still trying to keep it a classy driver too. I put land Rover seats in the back recently and came across these mr2 seats for the front. Should I change the color to all black or leave 2 tone? The rears are all black. The thing about the light gray is the seat won't get as hot from the sun but will it look cheesy? Here is a pic of a mr2 seat and one of the land Rover seats...

Looks from the first pic that your rig is light blue. I personally don't think the tan goes with that color. Would stay all black. Here is my aftermarket seats on my '75. I also have 35's, so the Crow 4 point belts are nice in keep me firmly planted in the seat.

Actually these seats are black and then the center is a light grey, it does look kinda tan in the pics. I like the all black in the interior of yours. Yes my cruiser is Blue.

Sounds a little cheesy but get some Sem vinyl paint and paint the insert black.. If you do proper preparation it works pretty well.

I purchased seats from a 2004 Sebring convertible and had them recovered. The drivers seat is electric controlled and both have the shoulder and lap belts made into them which freed me from having belts welded on to the roll bar.

Here is what I started with:

Here they are after recovering:
