Help Identifying Tub Bolts (1 Viewer)

I haven't had a top on the '78 FJ40 for years and am curious what these bolts are for as I don't remember using them and don't see them in the SOR diagrams. (Maybe there are better online diagrams elsewhere?) I believe the red-circled ones are for soft top bows and were present on both soft- and hard-top models. The green-circled bolts I'm unsure of.
