So is there a fix (after market)? Mine is cracked and when I pull the hose off - the inside seems to be deteriorating badlyAir injection rail check valve.

Yea, very common. So is there a fix (after market)? Mine is cracked and when I pull the hose off - the inside seems to be deteriorating badly
Thanks. I am talking to them about a new one - they also list a used but I don’t think I want to buy another 30 year old part. Just trying to verify it will work in fj80 as it has a slightly different part number.Cruiserparts lists an Air Injection Rail Valve but doesn't indicate if it's used or not (?aftermarket) worth a call to find out:
Air Injection Rail Valve 1973-1992 [90917-10057 or 90917-10003] - $49.99 : CruiserParts.net, Toyota Landcruiser Parts

Also here's a previous thread that discusses some options:
Hello,
The Toyota OEM air injection check valve on my FJ62 came apart. The physical check valve components separated inside the valve body, the rivet holding things together plugged one of the air feed tubes into the cylinder head. This part as many others is no longer available new from Toyota USA/Asia/UAE and most USA 3rd party parts suppliers. I was not able to find the exact match from any of the parts houses.
After spending hours in the Google search black hole. I was able to locate (isolate) a new replacement air injection check valve. Note: There are used Toyota check valves...

Please keep in mind that CruiserParts is a frequent flier in the bad sellers section.Thanks. I am talking to them about a new one - they also list a used but I don’t think I want to buy another 30 year old part. Just trying to verify it will work in fj80 as it has a slightly different part number.
I just saw that. Are they so bad you can’t trust to buy a simple part ?
Guess I’ll risk it and put on AMEX, as I know they will cover it in the end if these jokers don’t send it.What’s $50-100 with to you?
That’s your calculus.

Thanks for the tip. I was pretty direct with them about expectations of shipping if I paid for 3 day. They told me today or tomorrow will ship so maybe I’ll have it by Monday. I am headed to CA tomorrow and won’t be home til Monday night anyway. Not holding my breath.I got one from CruiserParts.net last year, I had an okay experience with them. The tube twists if you don't have a wrench on the other side of the valve when loosening. I used a lot of PB Blaster.
