Doing a front axle job on a 95’ I bought a few years ago. Clearly the bird is not original. Google isn’t helping me identify this brand. I would like to know what I have in there. Anyone seen this logo or part number before?

Thank you,
Smitty

Anyone figure out where these FPD/OE Birfields are manufactured?

Tried looking on their website; they don't even list these in their catalog anymore. I'd guess similar quality to a GSP or Trakmotive. Probably inferior in anything outside of street driving. But if OP didn't even notice it until disassembly then how bad could it be as a spare?

Agreed. It’s China-com. But if it works, why not?

This is on my son's 95' that has not been wheeled yet. He is going through his rite of passage getting to do the front axle job. He absolutely will be wheeling this truck so I am happy to know what is in there so that I can plan to make it a spare and get something better in there before it gets wheeled hard. It will be fine for the time being though.
