Help identify this cover- 3rd row side below bottle holder

I searched online and ih8mud but couldn't find answers. Anyone know what this part is for, a cover located in 3rd row seat side cubby below the bottle holder? On both sides on my 2016 LC200.
It’d be nice to add a USB charging port here...
