Help - Anyone have a Taco Gusset bender?

I ordered a set of Taco Gussets from RuffStuff to reinforce the top corners of this rollcage design for my Son's Ute project. Father, Son, and the Unholy UTE

Working with 1.75 DOM, so I thought the gusset they sold with 1.8" opening would be perfect. Well, they really are 1 3/8 opening. So, does anyone have a taco gusset press they can make up some wider pieces? Or anyone have a slick way of making these things?

I hardly make gussets or tabs these day because stuff is so available and inexpensive. I have bought and used exactly what you are looking for here.

Thanks for the link rusty, just got a free catalog in the mail from A&A manufacturing.

Lots of good tabs, brackets and mounts. Very reasonable too.
