I can send you one from one of my high beams since I probably won't need to use them anytime soon hopefully. I would just request that I get it back and I would order two from you when done.

Btw, I went to a parts yard today to see if I could find one from another Toyota or Japanese vehicle(since they're made by Koito) that would be interchangeable and no-go.

I'm glad I verified the different retaining rings. I had a feeling the low and high beam rings might be different sizes and they are. The larger diameter is for the low beam and smaller for the high beam

I can send both so that you can possibly make up both sizes?

After you get the rings finished for the 9005/9006 bulbs you should consider making rings for the 9011/9012 bulbs that many people run. Probably just a minor adjustment to the allow the other bulbs to fit without modification.

I had the same problem when I installed LED bulbs in my stock headlights. Therefore I designed the ring in Solidworks, 3D printed it, and used them on my headlights until I got my Depos. If someone is interested I can 3D print them a set.

Not trying swoop in on @bhicks project, just thought I'd mention it since I already have the CAD file and have tested them to work. Might save someone some time.

If you already have the file and it works then go ahead. I have plenty of projects to keep me busy for years to come.

Know this is from several years ago, but y'all still have this file? My ring broke changing a headlight and trying to figure out what to do
