Headed to the dunes....help me prepare?

hey guys i am headed to glamis today for the weekend and im taking my 90 sr5 4runner with me. its got 31'' tires so im just going to air them down to about 10psi. any other ideas on how to prepare it for the sand?

shovel, straps, water!

Just remember not to turn too hard with your tires aired down, you don't want to push one off a bead.

Compressor to air back up. Camera, firewood, more water, first aid kit, sun screen, hat, shades, warm jacket for night time.

Take a buddy and his vehicle.

Plenty of 12 ounce beverages.

Plenty of liquids and warm clothing and just to mess with you bring a pair of rubber floor mats...it comes handy when you get stuck by youself.try it sometimes it does work.
