Hannibal versus African Outback Roof Rack

Ok, i had the opportunity to buy the Hannibal roof rack, but the place where i bought it said they dont have the accessories for the rack. Does anyone know if i can swap AO accessories and put them on the Hannibal rack??

Price was $1195 which includes the side rails!!

nope, talking about the rails that mount to the rack. There are three of them...2 side and one rear.

i havent checked out the frontrunner racks but i will
 
i just checked out the length difference on the Hannibal vs the AO

Hannibal = 90.55"
AO = 82"

I think the Hannibal might be a bit too long for my taste....

I just looked at my roof rack as I left a buddies, thinking about how it would be if it was another 8" longer. Basically would go from the top edge of the front window all the way to the door jamb on the tailgate. I think it'd be too big. Also, the AO rack happens to have the sunroof hatch, I dont think the others do.
 
Need full length roof rack in <3 weeks.

Slee is out of AOs (two months lead time)
Can't seem to source Hannibal in US anymore

Ideas/options?

i didnt end up buying the only Hannibal left in the US....If you want PM me and i will give you the info.
 
Roofrack

I have the Hannibal rack mounted on my 100 series, and it takes me max 10 minutes to remove it. There are 12 bolts that you have to remove then you lift the rack off the roof and slide the 6 metal retaining plates out of the roof rail. The rack is made of aluminium, but the support system is stainless.

The factory is here in RSA and see Hannibal - Fitment Instructions - Toyota link for Toyota installation instructions.

can you post pictures of your 100 with the rack on it?
 
Liam I'm not sure what detail you need, but here are some photos (sorry for the quality) of my rack. Let me know if you want more specific details, then I can take some better photos. You will notice that mine has the slide out table also fitted. It also has some side rails, but I never use them.

Well if the AO rack is 51", I'd say its maybe 53" from the pictures above, assuming saskia has it evenly mounted.
 
Thanks guys, looking into the Front Runner, they seem to be in stock in US and damn close to the Hannibal in design.
